This area is divided in two important sections:

Civil Section:

This section is focused in sponsor our clients in all their affairs related to relationships of individuals and companies, by guiding them in topics as family law, inheritance, property, mortgages, pledges, purchase and sales, donations, registration issues, and international public and private law.

This section also deals with legal provisions when one party is a foreigner.

Conflict Resolution Section:

This section allows us to represent our clients in order to reach an effective understanding along with their counterparts either through the best and most adequate negotiation strategies or through the best contractual judicial or extra-judicial position.

On the other hand, we deal with the administration and collection of debt portfolio of our clients.

Finally, our lawyers participate as arbitrators in general arbitrations, and specifically in those derived from the Government hiring.
